How To Increase Your Joint Venture Sales

By Teddy Hanson of

In this update I'll show you how you can increase your sales in a Joint Venture (or in an affiliate program for that matter) by hiding your tracking link .

This little trick will help you increase your response rate and will definitely also increase your sales.

As I explain in detail in my program - "How To Make A Fortune On The Internet... The Smart and Easy Way... Even Without a Web Site!" - it always helps to increase your sales if you endorse a product in a joint venture in a way that doesn't make it obvious to your customer or visitor that you're getting paid a commission on sales for that product.

However, you should also realize that you can never be truly successful if you purely endorse a product because of money without actually believing in that product.

A lot of people are suspicious by nature, (and rightly so) and if they notice that the link you're using is a tracking link, they may think that your enthusiastic endorsement of the product or service is solely motivated by money.

Also, your customer or visitor can easily bypass your tracking if they are somewhat computer savvy and "cheat" you out of your commission by holding their cursor over the endorsed link to actually see your tracking information in their browser, and then simply typing in the URL or Web address without the "path" (the tracking address).

So if you're interested in:

  • Not losing any commissions, and
  • Not arousing suspicion

then you need to "hide" your tracking link.

You're not really trying to be sneaky here or lure anybody into something. You're just hiding some information from you customer or visitor, that they don't need to see anyway.

However, if your visitors are very savvy and actually take the time they can still see your HTML code and your tracking info by viewing the source code. But I seriously doubt too many of them actually do it.

Now here's how you actually do it, so when a user puts their cursor over your tracking link on your Web site, they'll only see...

Whatever You Want Them To See!

Here's how you do it:

simply use the following HTML code on your Web page.:

<A HREF="http://www.jointventuredeals.com/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi/test "ONMOUSEOVER="window.status='Special Opportunity';return true"ONMOUSEOUT="window.status=''">Special Opportunity</A>

which shows up as the following link: Special Opportunity

You can try it out by holding your cursor over the above link and look in your bottom left corner of your browser to see "Special Opportunity". Now click on the above link and you'll end up on my home page.

Just replace the "http://www.jointventuredeals.com/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi/test" with your tracking link and change "Special Opportunity" to whatever wording you want your visitors to see as the "text link".

That's all there is to it.

Even if you don't know too much about HTML you should be able to simply copy the above into your own Web page and change it too meet your requirement.

There are also two very important things I want you to remember...

First, if you don't get something going, something terrible happens...

Nothing!

Second, realize also that...

"You Don't Have To Get It Perfect...
You Just Have To Get It going!"
